I started attending Stroller Strides classes with FIT4MOM Fairview in December 2015. My kids and I instantly fell in love with Lolo (the instructor and owner), the classes, and the village of women and children we met. When she offered her first session of Body Back in July 2016, I decided to give it a try. I had struggled with getting the last bit of "baby weight" off since having kids. I had tried various other diets, supplements, fitness programs and had reached a place where I accepted/assumed my body would always carry it. Then I started Body Back and everything changed. During the 8 week session, I attended 2 group HIIT workouts a week and followed the provided nutrition plan. I saw results I never imagined and my body changed in so many positive ways. I am now healthier and in the best shape I have been since before having children. I have also gained a new foundation for making healthier food choices for myself and my family. Making a better choice »

Lolo is an awesome fitness instructor! I took her Body Back course and had great results. I was nursing my 7 month old but still managed to lose a little over 13 pounds in 8 weeks and 5 inches off my waist. There's no gimmicks. Just getting fit and eating healthy. She can help you modify the workouts for your needs while still making it challenging for you. The best part about Body Back is that it's not only about workouts but making better choices with your food and changing your nutrition for the long term. Think of it as a kick start to living a healthier life. I can't recommend it enough!

Junk Food vs Clean Eating »

I am so glad for both this program and Lolo to come into my life. I had signed up because I had big vacation coming up and wanted to lose weight. I am surprised by how much more I got out of it. I am getting more in tune with my body and trying not focus so much on the number. My diet before Body Back consisted of lots of junk food and fast food. I did struggle with the program, as it was a complete 180 from what I was doing. But, I was surprised to notice how much of difference I felt when I was eating the food in the book and when I was eating the junk food. How strong I felt compared to how blah I felt. Listening to Lolo’s inspirational speeches help me realize that. I can’t wait for the next session to start.
