I am so glad for both this program and Lolo to come into my life. I had signed up because I had big vacation coming up and wanted to lose weight. I am surprised by how much more I got out of it. I am getting more in tune with my body and trying not focus so much on the number. My diet before Body Back consisted of lots of junk food and fast food. I did struggle with the program, as it was a complete 180 from what I was doing. But, I was surprised to notice how much of difference I felt when I was eating the food in the book and when I was eating the junk food. How strong I felt compared to how blah I felt. Listening to Lolo’s inspirational speeches help me realize that. I can’t wait for the next session to start.
