I started attending Stroller Strides classes with FIT4MOM Fairview in December 2015. My kids and I instantly fell in love with Lolo (the instructor and owner), the classes, and the village of women and children we met. When she offered her first session of Body Back in July 2016, I decided to give it a try. I had struggled with getting the last bit of "baby weight" off since having kids. I had tried various other diets, supplements, fitness programs and had reached a place where I accepted/assumed my body would always carry it. Then I started Body Back and everything changed. During the 8 week session, I attended 2 group HIIT workouts a week and followed the provided nutrition plan. I saw results I never imagined and my body changed in so many positive ways. I am now healthier and in the best shape I have been since before having children. I have also gained a new foundation for making healthier food choices for myself and my family. The nutrition plan was so easy to follow and includes recipes that even my children and husband enjoyed eating. Now my kids talk about making healthy food choices and eating food to help their bodies grow strong! The group workouts were so much fun and can be adapted for any ability level. It was so great to see all the women in the group motivate and encourage each other, as well as share one another's struggles as women and mothers. Through this program, I learned the best thing I can do as a mother/wife is take care of myself. This program was simply amazing and I encourage every mother to give it a try.
